Organisation.

You see where information arrives in your organisation and where it gets lost on its way to a decision.

The situation

Do critical information flows reach leadership?

Within a team, people can act differently than they would on their own. Shared conditions and the dynamics of the group shape everyday work.

The form of enquiry, the participants and the arrangements for confidentiality and team-level analysis are agreed for each engagement. Where groups are small, the practical limits of confidentiality are addressed explicitly.

These patterns show how information is passed on, how decisions are made and how teams deal with pressure, responsibility and collaboration. pleXcreen connects them with concrete business questions: security, compliance, performance, collaboration, processes.

A relevant finding is known to IT. Whether it has reached the executive board is open.

The question for leadership

Do critical findings reach us in time, and where do they get stuck?

What pleXcreen delivers to leadership

  1. 01

    Where knowledge gets stuck

Which patterns create risk, which teams are particularly exposed and where information fails to reach the people who decide.

  2. 02

What is evidenced and what is not

Which observations are corroborated more than once, which remain individual perceptions and what is open.

  3. 03

    Where leadership can act

Prioritised recommendations on the conditions of collaboration, focused on structures rather than personnel appraisal.

Method, scope and limits

01

What is examined

Within the agreed scope we look at team patterns and organisational strain: how responsibility is actually exercised, where information gets stuck, which decisions are taken informally, and where deviations are noticed but not communicated.

Collection takes place exclusively inside the organisation, through structured questioning, interviews and review of agreed documents. We do not infer behaviour from publicly visible traces and we do not profile individuals. Scope, participants, confidentiality and the handling of results are agreed in writing before work begins.

02

What you receive

You receive an interpretation that shows where organisational patterns reinforce or weaken technical or governance findings, and which observations are supported by several independent statements, which remain individual perceptions, and what is open.

From this follow prioritised recommendations that address concrete decision and communication paths. They are phrased so that leadership can work with them without exposing individuals.

Where organisational patterns meet technical findings, for instance when a known risk has been documented for months but never escalated, we make that connection explicit. That is precisely where the need for action arises which neither the technology nor the organisation alone would reveal.

03

When this perspective makes sense

Typical triggers are recurring incidents despite technical measures, post-acquisition integration, a change in leadership, high strain in key functions, or the question of why known risks are not being addressed. The perspective is usually agreed as a deepening after a Schlaglicht or within a broader mandate.

04

Who this is for

Executive management and boards that want to understand whether their organisation reliably recognises and reports deviations; risk owners who must bring technical and organisational findings together; leaders in areas with high operational responsibility.

What this service is not

  • No monitoring of employees and no analysis of personal communication.
  • No conclusions about behaviour from publicly visible traces, collection happens only within the agreed framework.
  • Not a personnel appraisal; the subject is patterns and structures, not individuals.

Frequently asked questions

How is the data collected?
Through structured questioning, interviews and review of agreed documents within the organisation. Participants, confidentiality and use of results are set out in writing beforehand.
Are individuals assessed?
The subject is team- and organisation-level patterns, not personnel appraisal. The form of analysis, confidentiality and treatment of small groups are agreed in advance, with any practical limits to confidentiality stated explicitly.
Can this perspective be commissioned without technical testing?
Yes. It delivers the most value in combination with the technical and governance perspectives, but can also be agreed as a stand-alone deepening where the question calls for it.

Free of charge, with no assessment. Getting in touch triggers neither an engagement nor any technical testing. Scope and depth are agreed only afterwards.
